We stand behind every product we make. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to make it right.
Return Window
You may return eligible products within 7 days of delivery. Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and with all seals and labels intact.
Eligible Products for Return
Sealed home care products (Floor Cleaner, Dish Wash, Fabric Detergent) and Auto Care products are eligible for return if unopened. Personal care items (Shampoo, Body Wash, Soap, Face Oil) can only be returned if damaged or defective on arrival.
Non-Returnable Items
Products that have been opened and used cannot be returned for hygiene and quality reasons. Products damaged due to misuse, incorrect storage, or negligence are not eligible for return.
How to Initiate a Return
Email support@ecoze.in with: (1) Your order number, (2) Product name(s) to return, (3) Reason for return, (4) Photos of the product if defective or damaged. Our team will respond within 24 hours.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. For COD orders, refunds are processed via bank transfer — please provide your bank details when initiating the return.
Damaged / Wrong Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
